Education and Early Intervention

Billings Public Schools Early Childhood Intervention (ECI)

This program offers developmental assessments for children ages birth - three years. 0When the child is referred to the ECI program, they will asses your child's areas of delay. If the child qualifies, then an ECI Family Support Specialist and the family will work together to create an Individualized Family Service Plan. The Family Support Specialist will help in making referrals to services the child may need, teach parents or caregivers ways to teach skills to their child as well as monitor the child's progress.
